Error Code 0, 13, CreateSDK

Using the registered version, today I got the following error message;

PROGRAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE_(0, 13, CREATESDK)

Thinking this might be related to the old database problem, I deleted the rules.ref file and tried again, but still get that message.

Using Windows & 64-bit.

Any help?

Same problem here, just tried to scan my system and got the same message.

Fixed it. If you scroll down through the topics a little way you'll find a post by Abernyte titled "Program_Error_Load Database". There is a link there to a newer version that eliminates the problem.
