Thanks for pointing out instructions. I was away over weekend and then lost dial tone and as a result DSL for a day due to a very close lightning strke so just catching up. Thanks offering you help.

Malware removed but cannot see hard drive files

I have returned the computer to its owner so not possible to resubmit various files although I am not sure they would change any no matter how many times I run DDS and other stuff. I will try the forum again if necessary but not impressed with this attempt at getting help. Maybe instructions for submitting topics could be clearer or more easily found.I thought I did what was asked. Thanks. -
Well, after 5 days with no comments to my topic posting I guess I am left to solve this on my own! Maybe I don't understand how this process works.

After allowing Malwarebytes to removed infected files, computer boots to desktop but unable to see files on hard drive and only program available in "Programs" is Malwarebytes all others are no longer shown. Attached are files resulting from running suggested Defogger, DDS and GMER.mbam-log-2011-07-01 (07-01-19).txt I have now enabled hidden files and folders and have documents, photos, etc back. Still no programs shown but they are accessible by browsing to Program Files folder on C: ark.txt attach.txt dds.txt mbam-log-2011-06-29 (20-14-33).txt mbam-log-2011-06-29 (22-44-10).txt mbam-log-2011-06-29 (22-45-10).txt mbam-log-2011-06-30 (12-27-23).txt
