  1. Thanks! I did manage to get the programme to work after the second re-install last night and so far Malware Bytes hasn't quaratined this one yet.
  2. Arcon 3D Home Designer Expert.zip One more attempt. Finally!
  3. It's 3.86MB's The attachment services the maximum is 10MB's
  4. I am attaching the .zip file, when i press attach nothing happens. I'm using internet explorer 9.
  5. Explains why i've had to mske so many replies. I'm struggling to attach the .exe file to my thread.
  6. Apologies for the amout of replies but there's no edit facility. Attached is the "infected file"
  7. It does seem to be a false positive. I've uninstalled & re-installed "3D Home Designer Expert" twice tonight and on both occasions, Malware Bytes has quarantined the main .exe file.
  8. Attached is the file that is showing as infected.
  9. Interesting, just scanned the same item with AVG and it says that it's not infected. Just zipping it now and about to post.
  10. Do i zip the file through Malware Bytes? It's currently in quarantine.
  11. After scanning here's the results. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.51.0.1200 www.malwarebytes.org Database version: 6847 Windows 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421 13/06/2011 18:22:32 mbam-log-2011-06-13 (18-22-25).txt Scan type: Full scan (C:\|D:\|) Objects scanned: 425301 Time elapsed: 2 hour(s), 29 minute(s), 55 second(s) Memory Processes Infected: 0 Memory Modules Infected: 0 Registry Keys Infected: 0 Registry Values Infected: 0 Registry Data Items Infected: 0 Folders Infected: 0 Files Infected: 1 Memory Processes Infected: (No malicious items detected) Memory Modules Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Keys Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Values Infected: (No malicious items detected) Registry Data Items Infected: (No malicious items detected) Folders Infected: (No malicious items detected) Files Infected: c:\Users\Jason\Desktop\Eleco\arcon 3d home designer expert\Program\arcon 3d home designer expert.exe (Malware.Gen) -> No action taken. False Positive?
  12. The above programme was found by malware bytes 12 minutes ago and claimed it was malware. Arcon 3D Home Designer is a 3D Home Designer tool which i've been using for two years with no problems (bought legally) so why is Malware Bytes telling me now that this programme is Malware? I was using it yesterday with no problems what so ever. Could this be a false positive?
