  1. We are using the Cisco NAC Client to manage our wireless. Last night we added and exception to allow .malwarebytes.com and we were able to successfully update MB, so this did work. Thank you for your assistance
  2. If possible I'd like to know the web addresses/servers Malwarebytes uses to get it's updates. We use an appliance at the school I work at that blocks access to the internet unless windows updates and anti-virus are up-to-date. We can however put exceptions in such as the windows update site, AV update sites. We'd like to add malwarebytes to that list. Any information would help
  3. Alright the /update seems to be working for me now.
  4. I get the same error using the /update method and /update -silent. Do you have to have the paid version to do command line parameters?
