Hi There My PC is working fine now. I used spybot tools and it removed the infection. Thanks a lot for your help.

Win XP SP2. I did clean reinstall as you advised me earlier. that did not help either. My current state is Check Desk code does not work but the second code worked

I run second code again and it worked fine. My mistake - I was not using REG ADD part. Command prompt blinked very quickly and disappeared

thanks for your info, but it didn't work. i tried it couple times.

After installing the latest free version, when I click to open/start the program it never started. I read various forums here but nothing helped me. Please help
