  1. After running the eset tool it did nothing after completing the scan. I attached the security check text file to this post. Is there any risk of infection or malware after taking these steps? If i had the malware since December 2023, is there any chance of it already messing with my computer? I don't have any other issues with my computer performance. SecurityCheck.txt
  2. I don't regularly get the notifications, every so often they used to show up. Anywhere between 30 mins and 1 hour. Often I would get a notification right on reboot. I will use the computer tomorrow and let you know if anything shows up. Thank you for all your help so far! I greatly appreciate it :).
  3. Hello, I have run the fix fixlist.txt file and have attached the fix log. Where can I find the zip file? I am unable to find it. Fixlog.txt
  4. Microsoft edge keeps trying to open riskware websites despite me not have it open. Ive tried resetting the settings, and it still occasionally shows up. I've attached the riskware warning, and the malware bytes scan report. I have also run the farbar recovery scan tool. All of these have been attached to this post. Please let me know the next steps so I can resolve this asap. Thank you FRST_02-04-2024 18.35.56.txt Addition_02-04-2024 18.35.56.txt Riskware.txt malwarebytes scan.txt
  5. Hello, I've uploaded the zip file of the results to this reply. In the meantime, is it safe to download chrome? I'm currently using Firefox for browsing. mbst-grab-results.zip
  6. Hello, I recently have been receiving a bunch of notifications for blocked riskware threats from a collection of urls, all with the same kind of wording in it. I've attached a screenshot. As you can see I've been getting it for a couple hours, in intervals whenever my computer restarts. So far I've deleted chrome and edge because that's where the program files said that the riskware was blocked from. Currently I have no browser in my computer, and am afraid to redownload it incase this riskware pops up again. How do I ensure that its gone for good? I'm confused about where it even came from and am seriously worried about my information being stolen. I would greatly appreciate any help on ensuring that this riskware does not appear again.
