  1. I fail to see how this alone is an issue. I mean, Malwarebytes does the exact same thing for its Web Protection module: What is different, then, about the MBAM Trusted Root CA that this one should be allowed, but Adguard's shouldn't? If we're operating under the assumption that installing Root CA's is a security risk, it could be argued that the one from Malwarebytes should not be trusted either, and therefore Malwarebytes is a PUP.
  2. Getting the same detections here too. Had to add them to my allow list. AdGuard is a legitimate (and quite helpful) program.
