Follow up. I could not see a fast start setting in my windows 10. This is only if the above fix does not work.

I can confirm that this issue is to do with Windows 10 and Cloning your OS. I know this thread is dead but I found it and wanted to give advice to anyone else that comes across it. If you have this issue, the best way to fix is to remove all the software. You can use something like Revo Uninstaller to make sure every trace is gone. Then reinstall. It's a hassle but it seemed to have fixed it for me.
