  1. That makes sense. Thanks for the info 1PW. I'll check it out tomorrow
  2. thanks, I understood that, but I cannot identify which entry on there relates to which actual device. In other words I have just named one of unknown devices to 1 but I have no way of knowing if that belongs to Alan, Beth, Colin etc. On a PC I can see the device name that I enter here appearing on the actual PC when I go into MalwareBytes on that PC. I've not found a way of doing that on a Mac.
  3. I suppose I'm after an equivalent screen to the attached win10.png, which I grabbed from the MalewareBytes Windows User Guide, when looking at the MalewareBytes settings on a Mac. I can see that the name changes on a PC when I alter it in the Subscriptions section (subscriptions.png).
  4. It's a Premium account with the latest version
  5. Thanks for the responses. So when I name a device as an administrator in MalwareBytes (i.e. from the website login), there is no way of a user seeing that when their look at their Malwarebytes on their Mac device? Any suggestions on how I match the unnamed devices I see on the admin website to the actual mac devices? Sorry, I'm not a Mac person & may be missing something obvious but it does seem something fairly fundamental especially as I can see that information when I look on a PC. I also don't have access to a Mac directly so relying upon what other people are telling me when they open Malwarebytes on their Macs.
  6. Hi. On Malwarebytes Premium I can see where to edit all device names when logged into the Malwarebytes site, & then when I log into an individual PC I can see that name change within MalwareBytes Account settings BUT how can I see the device name when logged in on a Macbook? The reason I'm asking is the company I've just started working for has not named any of their devices within Malwarebytes & I'm now trying to work out which devices belong to which users so I can chase people appearing on the 'Not Recently Scanned' reports - currently shows Device Not Named (or something like that). I've renamed all the previously unnamed ones to be 1,2,3 etc & I was then going to ask all the Macbook owners to see their Device Name within Malwarebytes so I can match name against machine but if they cannot see their device name when logged in then that plan isn't going to work. Any help appreciated.
