  2. Hello All I have an issue. I have many clients that I sell MWB to. One of my clients purchased a 2-year license in November of 2020. Recently, MWB started opening popup windows stating the license is expiring in 2 days! So, I placed a support request to my service rep in Santa Clara on June 9. I have not heard back from him. Is there something I need to do to resolve this - other than me reaching out to my MWB service rep? I am puzzled as to why MWB is taking so long to answer. And, it makes me look foolish to my customer. Any help I can get would be appreciated.
