I actually figured it out, had to temporarily disable all Malwarebytes protection to make it work. I'll leave this up so others can see it.

Malwarebytes for some reason blocks adobe, I tried looking up other conversations about it but my internet has been acting up and I was having trouble makin the search bar work. Anybody have a workaround? I can't use any adobe software installed after installing Malwarebytes and the Adobe support tam keeps telling me to uninstall it.
