  1. Check for updates says 4.1.0.56 is the latest version when I asked it to check for updates. Running the Support tool, at least the Collecting Logs completed this time (on v 3 it hung for hours) but is taking ages for the FRST process to complete. Is this usual? thanks Des
  2. This error occurred many times a day but seemed to stop when I eventually (after four reboots) got it to upgrade to v4 from v3. It has now returned. I notice it because my web browser (Firefox or Chrome) becomes unresponsive and things like the Event Viewer or Task Manager don't load until the fault has cleared itself after maybe 15 seconds. This is MalwareBytes Premium v 4.1.0.56 on Windows 10 Professional v 1909 The event viewer entry is below.
