This error occurred many times a day but seemed to stop when I eventually (after four reboots) got it to upgrade to v4 from v3. It has now returned.
I notice it because my web browser (Firefox or Chrome) becomes unresponsive and things like the Event Viewer or Task Manager don't load until the fault has cleared itself after maybe 15 seconds.
This is MalwareBytes Premium v 4.1.0.56 on Windows 10 Professional v 1909
