Hello, I'm attaching the files below. And I've ran two scan of Malwarebytes: the first scan was a 'Custom Scan' of all my system drives (I initiated the scan much before I read your reply to my post. Hope I didn't mess anything up) and the second is the 'Threat Scan'. The 'Custom Scan' gave 80 malware detections and the 'Threat Scan' gave 0 detections. After that I've completed Step 2 and Step 3 as mentioned. I've run the FRST tool before through which I generated the two .txt files that I attached in my second reply (does this count as the required checkmark?). Windows 10 user on a Dell laptop I'm not sure what infections I'm into. I certainly have a trojan by the name Win32: Apanas (I also saw the name rootkit in a few infections) that has affected multiple files mostly of.exe throughout my system. The alerts of infections are never ending. I'm using Avast Antivirus. I downloaded and ran a scan of Malwarebytes which gave me a report that I'm attaching below.
