  2. @AdvancedSetup Uninstalled Java and updated 7zip. RogueKiller found threats but nothing come up red but orange instead so didn't delete them. Anyway, here is the log. ReportRogue.txt

  4. @AdvancedSetup Ok, here you go. I just threw the file into garbage bin and emptied it. So the file is not in drivers folder anymore. Is that enough or should I perform a scan before rebooting? ZIP attached. malware_knwfd.zip

  6. @AdvancedSetup Rebooted a few times and been surfing normally. It seems to be fixed now. What should we do with the quarantine?
  7. @AdvancedSetup The program did 2 scans and found some malware. I will add screenshots below. After the program completed the scans I rebooted my computer and seems like I finally got rid of that Google Custom Search thing. Should I remove the malware from quarantine?   9. @AdvancedSetup Reseted according to the instructions Hard Reset ("30 reset"). Still no difference. Do I also need to do that 30/30/30 reset? My router is ZTE MF286

  14. @AdvancedSetup Hey, I did those but it didn't help. Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner found something and I moved them to quarantine and then deleted the but the google custom search thing came back after reboot.
  15. Hey, Today I ran into this issue. whenever I try to search something it redirects me to this Google Custom Search page, which seems like a virus/browser hijacker. Here is an example how the URL looks when I search something: https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-4150890749978445:8092283646&q=test&oq=test&gs_l=partner-generic.12...0.0.0.62.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0..0.0.gsnos%2Cn%3D13...0.0..1ac..25.partner-generic..0.0.0. It does not look normal to me. I have ran Malwarebytes, Hitman, AdwCleaner, Anti-Rootkit etc and NOTHING SEEMS TO REMOVE THIS ISSUE. My browser is Opera 54 I would be extremely happy if I could get some help on this annoying issue.
