You can try booting into Safe Mode as described here to try and remove it, but it shouldn't do any harm if left alone.
Well, Safe Mode was no joy. Same "Error while deleting key" and "Access is denied" messages.
Does Security Center have Tamper Protection?Just curious.....

BTW ~ I noticed mb-check reports
Anti-Virus Product : Emsisoft Anti-Malware
Up To Date: Yes Enabled: OffUm, I don't have Emsisoft Anti-Malware installed. Where might mb-check be picking up Emsisoft Anti-Malware?

Please see this thread; it looks like Malwarebytes already whitelisted the file to avoid a false positive due to the cert issue:
Ahh....known and already whitelisted.
Thanks

Hi
I've added as Family.
I've added as Item.I'm doing something wrong. Do I add the whole or part of each item description to Family or Item? There's no Task sub-category under Item?

Dark Theme novelty wore off. I'm back with Light Theme.
Appreciate+ that you've noted my presentation feedback with the Product team.
Malwarebytes Setup Wizard, Support Tool and AdwCleaner presentation are much more pleasing...to me.
Just saying.Thanks again!

Well, my presentation issue appears limited to Malwarbytes.
No biggy.
Just user feedback.Thanks

Yeah, maybe my post will prompt Malwarbytes Premium engineers to take a look.
AdwCleaner presents large/r - I'm thinking because of my 150% scaling.Maybe, Malwarebytes engineers want Malwarebytes Premium smaller footprint - smaller attack surface. IDK
Thanks for your interest and information. -
Okay -
No change with Hardware acceleration On + Malwarebytes restart + machine restart - -
My Malwarebytes Premium Display > Hardware acceleration is Off.
So, try Hardware acceleration On + machine Restart? -
My scaling in 150% -

I do for the just in case MS or MB changes anything. I do not need any extra non paid support calls from my users.
Yeah, I also add with Norton Process Exclusions > C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\mbuns.exe ....just in case.

Because I guess that It has not been updated recently or the company thinks it is not needed.
Okay....I was kinda' asking Malwarebytes users and "the company" too. 😉
Thanks for posting re mutual exclusions. I'm using mutual exclusions. Don't see any downside using mutual exclusions.
I'd add Thanks reaction ...but, I'm not allowed to add any more reactions today.Regards w Respect

Um, and along with exit Malwarebytes from the system tray. Do I need to disable my Norton Real-Time and/or disable Norton Tamper Protection?
Does Malwarebytes need register in the WSC toggle on?
