Sorry took so long. Still having problems. I hit restore defaults in the protection section in settings but still not working. Yikes getting fed ip. I payed a lot of $ for this and not getting full benefits is honking me off. Help:)

I have the same problem. It won't turn for me even after reinstall and reboot. At one time it started to work and then turned off again. Could another antivirus program interfere? Windows Defender cause this?
