  1. Folks, I've received as well an email invite to the MWB Community Watch. Can anyone give me specifics as to what such a membership entails?
  2. Of course, I understand. You make reasonable valid points. I am just simply one who likes the idea of centralization for "simplicity's" sake but, naturally, vulnerability and practicality are major concerns here. ;-)
  3. OK, exile360. I see that MWB is learning and growing as it is natural for any entity to do in this world - kudos. I guess a business structure depends on many factors from vision to practicality and feasibility. Personally, I favour the idea of a fully centralized system integrating all of it's necessary functions rather than a system relying for some functions on a clutter of outsourced subdivisions, but that's just me. So, yes, please send me feedback if you have any news regarding the matter at hand. If in the meantime I get another helpful reply from someone else, I'll let you know in turn. Be well! ;-)
  4. Fine, exile360. If I don't get any news from you guys by, say, end of the month, I may also consider your suggestion of cancelling the purchase and re-purchasing. Am I the only one having this issue? Am I too anal about this? Sorry for the bother if it's any but I like to have things in good order. I wonder: why did you guys opt against a member account from where the customer can control everything? Anyway...thanks for bearing with me and your swift and kind replies!
  5. Sounds good, exile360. Yes, please, get back to me if you have any news regarding this matter. Also, when I entered my account info, I don't recall having entered any card holder name at all, just my name for the account I opened with MWB. It's as if it is assumed that the one opening the account is also the one who pays, which, as you can see in my case, may not always be so. As I said, for example, Amazon does readily allow for a distinction between one who orders and one who pays. Hope to read from you again! Best wishes
  6. Hi there, as aforementioned, I am unable to edit the card holder name. However, considering that the present credit card is valid only till February 2019 and the MWB renewal is due in April 2019, I guess I'll be able to change the card holder name when I enter the info of the new card. Will that do? What do you think?
  7. Sorry folks, but this is not funny: my three support queries regarding my question have not been answered by MWB and cleverbridge couldn't help and referred me back to MWB. I don't know where else to try to get a reply to the issue below: The card holder name of the credit card I used to pay for Malwarebytes services is presently my name while the actual card holder is my partner. I figure I made a mistake when first entering the account info as the distinction between the general and the billing profile was not clear enough to me (Amazon does this better). My question is whether or not the card holder name can be changed so the proper name appears in my account/billing information filed with Malwarebytes. If it is not possible for MWB to change the name, I would like to know what I can do to do this (for example, delete my present billing-payment info and properly enter it when renewal approaches?). I am unable to edit the card holder name myself which, in my opinion, should not be the case. Anyone any thoughts on this?
