After scanning and even after removing the said files from server (these were a couple of SVGs with false positives as scanned through http://scanner.pcrisk.com/), Malwarebytes still blocks and points to those files even though they have been completely removed from the said URL. Do you think its a caching problem on Malware's servers' end?

Hello! I need help related to Malicious files on godaddy server. I installed Malwarebytes to my windows machine when i open my website Malwarebytes blocked my site. How can i find and remove these malicious files from Godaddy server ? 2nd thing : Can we scan our website using Malwarebytes ?
