  1. Last night a notice appeared on a Windows 10 PC that said:- Unauthorised changes blocked Controlled folder access blocked C:\Prog... \MBAMService.exe from making changes to memory. An event, ID 1127 was created also. Source: Windows Defender. Level: Warning. Shows the full file path C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\MBAMService.exe I've been using MBAM for a long time, and Controlled Folder Access for a while also, this is the first time I've seen this. Is this an unusual notification?

  3. Hello. Our site is being blocked by Malwarebytes (Windows) and via the BrowserGuard extension for Chrome. Chrome Browser Guard Response Shows a Trojan (see attached). Malware Bytes on Windows desktop shows Malware (see attached). The site is hxxp://www.tisdalecpa.com and the site IP is 35.206.117.184 We do not observe any issues with the site and have had Sucuri review it with their automated system as well as a manual audit and they did not find any isssues. We also do not observe issues with other scanning or with Google Search Console. We suspect this is a false-positive. Can you help? Thank you. TISDALECPA-Warning.pdf

  9. Hi, Multiple users of Zyro website builder are encountering an issue where images on websites created with Zyro are blocked by Malwarebytes (and sometimes even the whole websites). Those images are hosted on connect.zyrosite.com subdomain. Could you please whitelist the following: *zyrosite.com (all subdomains of zyrosite.com, e.g. connect.zyrosite.com) *zyro.com (all subdomains of zyro.com, e.g. editor.zyro.com) I am also attaching some screenshots for more context. Please let me know if you need any additional information! I hope you can help 🙏 Austėja support@zyro.com
  10. Your software blocks my website. https://www.abby.com Could you please remove it from any blacklist? We've run every scan imaginable and there's nothing coming up that's an issue in our files. If you can find something or tell us how to through your tool, we'd be happy to resolve, but not sure why this is happening. https://www.screencast.com/t/4IZb8SVfx Thank you
  11. Hello, our website www.givingdocs.com has the warning: Website blocked due to reputation There is no malware on our site, do you have any further information as to why this message is showing so I can investigate? If this is in error, can you please add it to the whitelist. Best, Robert
  12. I tried looking up 3 different quarantined RTP detections via search box in MWB labs, 2 trojans and one malvertising. Nothing on the trojans, it does find the malvertising. For instance Trojan at alphapanda.com or another Trojan which shows location vast-prod...trick.com. Any suggestions? Happy customer this doesn't get past MWB's!
  13. MB has been generating MANY notifications about a specific IP that is scanning my site. I have created an inbound rule in Windows Firewall to block a specific IP address. I was under the impression that the firewall would apply its rules before MB was able to detect the incoming IP. I am still getting the notifications from MB that it is blocking the IP. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

  15. This morning I got this from Browser Guard in Chrome 80.0.3987.163 when I went to access my site at acestrader.com. Website blocked: acestrader-4be71.firebaseapp.com Acestrader.com is a domain I own and is redirected to my hosting server at Google's firebase. The hosted SPA react app is all my own code and is a hobby project I been solely working on for years. I last opened it last weekend. What happened to cause this? BTW, your instructions about obtaining a report file are out of date. You show the old version. My Screen shows the attached image and I can't find Reports available anywhere.
  16. My website is being blocked by MBG in error. Please verify the site is safe and unblock it in both Firefox and Chrome: https://www.csahealingjourney.info Thank you.

  20. Hello! First time I posted, so hopefully it is in the right forum. Currently on Malwarebytes Premium Version 4.0.4.49 Update package version 1.0.18998 Component package version 1.0.804 I keep getting back to back pop-ups from Malwarebytes. Is this a False Positive? If so, why does it not like my OneDrive all of a sudden? The po-ups are: Thank you!
  21. I'm testing my website and viewing other pages from a hotel and I'm intermittently getting a website blocked message from Malwarebytes. Any further information on this? I'm concerned it's connected with my web page. 22. Hi, my laptop ran into a problem earlier today where it turned off by itself and was not turning back on for a couple of minutes. When I finally turned it back on I clicked the start menu and pressed the power button and it displayed that "there are no power options available". I also noticed that I could not access task manager and a error would pop up saying "task manager has been disabled by your administrator". I watched some youtube videos and fixed the power options problem but I had to download malwarebytes to fix the task manager problem. I ran a scan and it quarantined PUM.Optional.DisableTaskMgr. Now my problem is that when I visit most sites I keep getting a notification that a website was blocked due to trojan. The event is RTP Detection, event details is Trojan, action is blocked website, and location is 5.2.79.140 (See attached images). This occurred over 15 times in the past hour and I do not know how to solve it. I wrote the first paragraph because I am not sure if it had any relation or impact to the problem I am having now.
  23. Hello, Malawarebytes is driving me absolutely nuts. Every 5 minutes a notification is popping up about Spyware due to Exitlag. Exitlag is a program used to enhance my connection to video games. This looks like a false positive. Can anyone confirm before I add the IP to be excluded?

Some users have reported that Malwarebytes is blocking the domain x42.tech / 104.24.108.145 A more specific reason was not stated other than ' possible suspicious activity'
  25. Hello. I'm just a layman in programming and whole this knowledge, so forgive me if I did something wrong or omitted any detail in describing my problem. I'll try to describe it as much precisely as I can. Two days ago MB started bombarding me with notifications like this: The problem is the notification window started to pop up very often, sometimes every 2 mins. Moreover, it seems unlikely that domain wpad.toya.net.pl would be infected with trojans (it's the tv & internet provider's website domain). All these connections concern different ports, but all the port numbers start from 49 (49704, 49728, etc.). As a result it occured to me that my computer must be infected. At the beginning I checked my task scheduler but I didn't find any suspicious task. Then I used rkill tool which found no threats, just terminated one process (see the attachment, please) and scanned the system with MB but the software found nothing. Even I used ADWCleaner and Hitman Pro with the same result. So I decided to ask you for a help. I ran FRST tool and you can find all the logs below. I hope my information will be helpful, if you have more questions, please let me know. P.S. Unfortunately all my uploads failed (I don't know why) so I had to insert the logs here: Addition.txt AdwCleaner[S02].txt FRST.txt HitmanPro_20190310_1705.log malwarebyteslog.txt MLBT report.txt Rkill.txt
