  1. I even tried revo uninstaller and did an Advanced scan to remove all traces of Malwarebytes. Then tried a fresh install. The previous key still would not work. So I tried a new key, and it also kept giving the token error.
  2. My account page showed the license and where it was purchased. And, yes, I tried safe mode,etc. It would not allow me to deactivate while in safe mode, or safe mode with networking. It kept say it wasn't able to contact the server. The support tool did not work. I then created a support ticket.#2689005
  3. I have already tried the Support Tool and created a ticket. The Support Tool did not work,
  4. I could not deactivate on the machine because it was locked up. I logged into my Malwarebytes account and it did NOT show a deactivate option. Some how 2checkout hasn't transferred all the accounts I have from the previous license vendor.
  5. I can not deactivate my license which was purchased from store.malwarebytes.com. It was not through 2checkout.
