ran update of database. re scanned. no threats detected. MWB Staff said it was a false positive.
should I take C:\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64\IASRECST.DLL out of quarantine.(does my system need this file ?)

I have exact same file that I quarantined. I rebooted and Re scanned and MWB flagged it again. (so it reappeared).
Also, when I went to "Reports" there is no record of either scan.

Just being cautious. Thanks for the additional info

Thanks for the info.
The MB website support Release History has 3.4.4 as the latest.(released March 6). Where did you get the link to 3.4.5 ?

Sometimes when I try to Move/Delete/Rename a Folder I get "Cannot delete Etc. Being used by another program".
If a close MB the problem goes away. Then I reopen MB. This is a pain.
Anybody have experience with this issue.

Correction: What I meant was that both AVG and Bitdefender would not let me use real time protection unless I uninstalled MB. This is new to me. In the past these Anti Virus lived in tandem with MB with both having real time protection turned on.

I have MB premium for 2 years now.
I have used AVG Free for some of that time and Bitdefender Free for some of that time. Neither one of those AV conflicted with MB until now. This morning AVG did an update that required a restart. After I restarted AVG would not let me proceed unless I uninstalled MB. I then proceeded to uninstall AVG free. After that I installed Bitdefender free and I received the same issue (must uninstall MB to continue with Bitdefender). MB has always said it is designed to run with AV software (no Conflict). It would seem that at least 2 AV companies no longer agree with that.
I am now running MB with Windows Defender which so far has presented no conflict.
I would rather run AVG Free or Bitdefender Free because I believe they are better at detection than WD.
Thoughts anyone ?
