I would appreciate if someone could help me please.
Bitdefender has located it and says it's blocking about seven different blocks so far, each block begins with the same 'Trojan.Agent.CHUI' but each ends with some different letters / numbers.
I had an email come through which had a trojan detcted in it but I did not open the email or anything so I don't know if it is connected.
I run Malwarebytes but it didn't detect anything.
However when I tried to do a system restore the 'Restore' button was greyed out and unable to be clicked so that is worrying as well.
Any ideas or solutions or answers would be very much appreciated.
