So I was surfing the net and downloaded an iso mounting software which happened to have just one setup file, After I executed it a window not typical of an installation program opened which had about three buttons. That seems to have taken care of most of all pups and trojans as well as the fishy processes and registry keys. The problem is that a single trojan egguard resgistry key keeps coming up each time I boot up my pc and run malwarebytes a

I'm very paranoid about malware and related matters. I have recently been paranoid about DNS Changers and I have recently experienced small signs of such an issue. When I enter my IP address in firefox in order to look up my DNS Server on the website of my ISP, I get a different one from when I look for my DNS Server on my command prompt. Hello, I would appreciate if someone could help me please. Bitdefender has located it and says it's blocking about seven different blocks so far, each block begins with the same 'Trojan.Agent.CHUI' but each ends with some different letters / numbers. I had an email come through which had a trojan detcted in it but I did not open the email or anything so I don't know if it is connected. I run Malwarebytes but it didn't detect anything. However when I tried to do a system restore the 'Restore' button was greyed out and unable to be clicked so that is worrying as well.
