  1. Hello Kblick ,Welcome to Malwarebytes.org :) !

Yes, this is most probably still (a part of) the infection you had.

  2. If you have updated with the latest version of MBAM and it doesn't detect it, it is probably in the grayware zone.

So it is not a real rogueware/malicious program, but it is best to not use it either.

    F-Secure rating: http://browsingprotection.f-secure.com/swp...lVWu*LOJrAJnCwg

Imho, I wouldn't use it either, but it is up to the customer (since he paid) whether he wants to leave it on his computer or not.

  5. [...]

Hmm.. I agree to the fact using 'verwijderen' twice isn't the most ideal situation. However, 'opruimen' and 'wissen' aren't good alternatives either (imho :)). Verwijderen doesn't have many usable synonyms. However, the first verwijderen emphasized the second (het verwijderen van moeilijk te verwijderen). So although it might sound a bit funny, I actually don't really have a problem with that. :)

Yes, I was thinking the exact same thing :) .

The only other synonym I can come up with is "elimineren" . Might be an option ? Otherwise "verwijderen" would certainly do.

  6. Nice one, one remark about the following sentence:

98=FileASSASSIN kan helpen met het verwijderen van moeilijk te verwijderen bestanden.

    Better might be:

98=FileASSASSIN kan helpen met het opruimen van moeilijk te verwijderen bestanden.

    or

98=FileASSASSIN kan helpen met het wissen van moeilijk te verwijderen bestanden.

Otherwise you have 2 times "verwijderen" which (imho) doesn't sound right :) .

  7. I'm using ccleaner as well as TFC .

    TFC Temp File cleaner

    More information :

TFC (Temp File Cleaner) will clear out all temp folders for all user accounts (temp, IE temp, java, FF, Opera, Chrome, Safari), including Administrator, All Users, LocalService, NetworkService, and any other accounts in the user folder. It also cleans out the %systemroot%\temp folder and checks for .tmp files in the %systemdrive% root folder, %systemroot%, and the system32 folder (both 32bit and 64bit on 64bit OSs). It shows the amount removed for each location found (in bytes) and the total removed (in MB). Before running it will stop Explorer and all other running apps. When finished, if a reboot is required the user must reboot to finish clearing any in-use temp files.

TFC only cleans temp folders. TFC will not clean URL history, prefetch, or cookies. Depending on how often someone cleans their temp folders, their system hardware, and how many accounts are present, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or more. TFC will completely clear all temp files where other temp file cleaners may fail. TFC requires a reboot immediately after running. Be sure to save any unsaved work before running TFC.

  10. As quoted from MAM's link:

Error 730: Unable to load the database. Please reinstall the application.

Try reinstalling MBAM, when that doesn't work, try renaming mbam.exe to mbam.com .

If you have issues running MBAM due to an infection, please follow the steps down below:
