Adwcleaner wont work

When I try to download AdWare Cleaner from the Malwarebytes page, I am redirected to another site called ToolsLib. I download, and after 1 or 2 uses AdWareCleaner disappears from my computer. Why am I being redirected to ToolsLib ?
