  1. Yep. Same two problems here. Web protection stuck on starting and then after reading about the scan, same result, 6 seconds and scanned 0 files. MWB.txt
  2. I've read this reply in numerous posts. I've done all of the steps listed on 1 of the 8 business computers we have it installed on and nothing works. How much time do I spend trying to fix something that's not our fault AND that we paid for? I'm also not an it professional and didn't think I had to be to make paid software work. It worked for months after our original install on all 8 machines. Broke on all 8 machines sometime after auto renewal on 3/17/17
  3. We're having the same problem here. Can't get updates to work on all 8 machines we have Premium installed on. I tried the uninstall/reinstall on two machines and got the " Awesome you're protected " screen for about an hour. Manually trying to update does nothing. Running a manual scan does nothing. Restarting does nothing. I contacted support last Friday 3/24 and other than the automated response haven't heard anything. Version 3.0.6.1469. Component package 1.0.75. Update version 1.0.0. Ours stopped working sometime after our auto renewal on 3/17/17.
