  1. Yes, I've heard nothing since I replied to your email about 2 days ago.
  2. At intermittent intervals, I get a message that the Real Time Protection has been turned off. This lasts for probable under 1 second and after the message shuts down and I check the application, everything shows as enabled. I contacted on line chat and they put the start up of the program as delayed. This did not solve the issue. I then sent a support request, and 3 days later, not even an acknowledgment that the ticket was submitted. My version of Windows is Windows 10 Pro and it is fully updated. Can anyone shed any light on this? I'm concerned that the machine could be infected during that short time that the real time protection has been disabled.
  3. The site I am visiting is elvis.com.au. Malwarebytes after a few seconds, reports the blocking of the website as per the screenshot below. I ran the applications that your support staff asked me to but they did not find any issues. I contacted the website owner and follows is his reply: "Tim, it is harmless. It is to do with the pop up video. Not sure what or why though. Shows in ever pc I try and does not when I remove that code. I suspect it is used by developers, sometimes not good ones. MalwareBytes is wrong to list it the way they do." I don't know the truth of what he says (David Troedson) so I don't know whether to include this site (dreniq) in the exceptions list. Any advice will be appreciaged. Thanks Tim Pate
