Sad state of affairs. Seems obvious that there is a problem in 3.0.6 and it also seems that MW doesn't have an answer yet. Frustrating.

Same problem, error says it's turned off but even after manually turning "on" it only shows starting and eventually it is still off again and the error message keeps popping up. I see no answer from MW. Using Win7 and MW3.0.6.
