  1. I ran tcpview from systernals and ran whois wich gave me the data, anyways I still have these ping spikes on my network and I doubt I can fix it. Probably I should contact my ISP or something. But not much they can do I guess. Thank you Aura... but this goes out of our hands...
  2. I don't know if this is a good new or not but I think I found out where the problem was. A really respectable company named markmonitor was monitoring my traffic so thats why these ads and latency spikes. No wonder why router firewall wasn't doing anything, I had to set a block all connections in Windows firewall. I'm gonna see if the problems go away with this but perhaps it is installed in my system. Sorry for triple posting.
  3. I also see some weirds ads not coming from my country in German language or chinese and stuff like that.
  4. I recently bought this hdd because the old one had a lot of reallocated sectors due to a virus infection or I think so. Same goes with the sdd it has 2 or 3 years of use. The test completed without errors and no red or pink values in that tab. I tried reseting router to defaults but I still have these latency spikes on my connection. It's not my computer freezing is something in the network for sure. I've had worse latency spikes on my connection till I ran adwcleaner after cleaning temps and it detected stuff, after that the latency spikes were slighly lower but they do still happen.
  5. Hi Aura, thank you for helping me. I can explain you, I'm gettin latency spikes when using my internet even if it's not the full bandwidh used, even browsing with edge (happens in all browsers) also some ads appears on my search results wich are legit but for me it's adware or so. Those things weren't happening before. Weeks ago I tried to run combofix, for that I installed Windows 7 just to make it run and it quarantined some items like mbr disk 0 and tcpip.sys after that the latency spikes were gone but every time I install S.O. again it comes back. I'm pretty sure its a rootkit or something. Do you need the logs?
  6. Hello, AdvancedSetup told me to make a post here, hope you can help me. I have something on my computer that persist even on clean install. I tried several tools to get it fixed but noone detects it whatever it is. I'm using Windows 10 64 bits.
  7. Sorry for double post. Look at this pup that got installed right into my desktop and malwarebytes detected. Where is it coming from? log.txt
  8. Hello, sorry for late reply I've had a very long day. These ads are for sure not legitimate since I removed them long ago deleting keys in the registry but after reformat they came back. Here are the screenshot's:
  9. Hello thank you for your professional advices. And sorry I'm young and unexpert. so please be patient. I did everything you said but these ads in my search results are still there. The ads I'm seeing come from ask toolbar and search.com and there is another one that I don't know what is.
  10. Hello thank you for replying. Thats what I thought at first however I noticed the pups installed unto my system making my surfing really slugish, chaotic and dangerous I would say. It is really hard to search something when you have all the search results filled with advertisements.
  11. Hello guys. I've been posting in another forum but I would like to have a second opinion about it. Autoruns detect this file as a trojan. Check it out. https://www.virustotal.com/es/file/b64febe9f376dc2ebfc5a4172f75cf41d5cc05a95504bfdc9614010f99815422/analysis/ What should I do? It doesn't get detected by any antivirus or malwarebytes so I don't know... PD: I'm on a windows 10 64 bits clean install.
  12. I fixed this changing the dns in the windows options and in the router (I used google free dns). Good luck!
