  1. This problem has been around for quite a while with no fix provided. I have followed the advice's on what to do with varying degrees of success as none of them last very long before the problem comes back. I must admit I am running out of tolerance for the situation so it may be time to move to another vendor.
  2. Thanks, there was no dump file in C:\Windows\Minidump\<filename>.dmp but I have attached the other two you requested, Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware_zip.zip MBAMSERVICE.LOG
