Hi, I am new here and used the free malwarebytes to fix my daughters computer. after restart was taking over 24 hours where it was stuck at the restart screen. I held down the power button to turn off and then restarted. Then nothing would open, I got it to start in safe mode and ran the program that way which found no threats but after restart still nothing. I was just going to do a recover but still stuck restarting. Any suggestions a possible solution or what to look at? She has windows 10 which seems like part of my problem not quite sure. Thanks for any help all is appreciated. Not a super techie person.
