We have it too. Same file, same location, same original date. Hoping it's a false positive.

A "Management" Console, that you can't use to manage the clients. How useless is this. After 6 months, I have yet to find one good thing about this software, except don't buy it. Good thing it wasn't my idea.

I am in the process of deploying the Enterprise clients but have some that already have Malwarebytes Premium on them. Do I have to uninstall that first or can I just push the new client from the console? Thanks Kevin B.

How do I open a Ticket?

Am in the process of deploying thu a new company I am working with. Deployment is fair but the management console is a mess. Restricted to AD, with ghost computers that have been removed from AD days ago. Computers that are listed in the Client tab that you can do nothing with. I used Avast in my previous job. That deployment was much smoother and I didn't have all these issues. I surely would not recommend to anyone else at this point.

Am having a number of problems trying to deploy. 1. Have several computers showing in Ungrouped despite the client being installed and these show up in the correct group in AD. (3 days now so not a sync issue) 2. Have some computers that show up in the group with Malwarebytes but the actual computer was removed from AD 3 days ago. If they no longer exist, why do they still show up 3 days later? Did manual AD sync. 3. Have some computers that show up in Client tab, but wll not show up in a Admin OU scan so I can install.
