I forgot to mention in the last post that my system has been running great with the exception that my processor seems to be working a little harder at times, but it's only been doing that over the last 24 hours. It could be that it's been doing it for some time now and I just haven't noticed it until now.

When I installed fixlist then ran FRST I lost my wireless connection after I had to restart my computer. I had to do a system restore back to yesterday to regain my connection settings. Here is the message that I got after the FRST restart: The windows wireless service is not running on this computer. I did a troubleshoot to try to regain the connection but nothing I did worked. Do you want me to re-run the FRST with the fixlist again and just go ahead do another system restore to get the connection back and then continue to follow the steps you gave me afterwards?

Hi. After doing a routine scan with Adwcleaner there was 2 results of PUP.CrossRiderHeuristics. I re-started my machine as directed and it showed that while both threats were detected they were not removed. It did show they were quarantined but when I scanned again the same 2 results showed up. I also scanned with Malwarebytes but the scan produced no results. I also tried scanning with a couple of other recommended anti-malware programs but it didn't help. The question I have is, if they are quarantined can they still cause my machine issues? I provided a FRST log and additon txt below. I appreciate both your time and your expertise. No need to apologize After I had to restart after I ran the fixlist.txt FRST scan I couldn't connect to my internet connection when it rebooted. I had to use the restore point that FRST. thankfully created at the time of the scan. AdwCleaner found no threats. Sophos did not find any threats either. Hi. I would be forever grateful for some assistance. If were in person you would see my great gratitude for you. I was updating iTunes and when I did I decided to run adware cleaner after just in case. When I did it detected something. I clicked cleaned and restarted my computer. I scanned it again with adware cleaner it found the problem again. I ran Norton power eraser and it found syswow64/lsass.exe and also said a registry setting needed to be fixed. I clicked fix. I had to restart my computer, but when I logged back in I could not connect to my wireless connection. I have included the logfile from the adware cleaner scan.
