Hello, I've got a Dell laptop that has been having various issues with video drivers, blue-screens when logging on, ect. and I've been working with Dell Support. Today I sent a debug log to them (after a blue-screen) and they said that the computer has a Trojan on it. They recommended downloading/running Malwarebytes. I downloaded it directly from the Malwarebytes.org web-site and ran scans in both Safe mode and normal mode. Both times the scan came up saying no problems were found. I found this forum and am hoping you can help me to see if I do indeed have a Trojan on the laptop. I downloaded FRST.exe and am attaching the FRST.TXT and Addition.TXT files to this message.
