  1. Hi there, We are running Malwarebytes for Business, and ever since the major update from 1.75 to 2.0, our users are experiencing non-responsive workbooks in Excel 2007 and 2010. I've narrowed down the cause to Malwarebytes; we use AVG in conjunction with Malwarebytes, but in my testing, I removed AVG so only Malwarebytes was installed. I've also added the entire C:\ to the folder exclusion list for local detection, disabled Heuristics, scan archive, website protection, and local protection. Basically making the program worthless and not doing anything except a passive scan. A particular workbook still locks up. As soon as I uninstall Malwarebytes, the workbook is fine. We use many COM add-ins to make external calls to Financial sites like Bloomberg, Intex, and SNL, and I think they're getting blocked (mostly Bloomberg). When the Workbook opens, it will request to launch BLP.exe, but when Malwarebytes is not present, I do not get a request and the Workbook freezes. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
