  1. Hi, I use zippyshare.com and the way they handle file URLs has the site starting with www##.zippyshare.com, ## can be 01-99. I'm unable to add *.zippyshare.com to Malwarebytes exclusion list because it gives me the error: "The information entered is not valid. Please enter a valid URL". I've seen in past threads that this was possible to add *.zippyshare.com, but with version 4.4.2 I'm unable to. Is there anyway to do this without manually adding 99+ separate exclusions? Thanks.
  2. MBAR still goes amok on Boinc. And even worse: I have excluded all Boinc executables manually, but MBAR gives a sh.. and kills nevertheless.
  3. Hi there, We are running Malwarebytes for Business, and ever since the major update from 1.75 to 2.0, our users are experiencing non-responsive workbooks in Excel 2007 and 2010. I've narrowed down the cause to Malwarebytes; we use AVG in conjunction with Malwarebytes, but in my testing, I removed AVG so only Malwarebytes was installed. I've also added the entire C:\ to the folder exclusion list for local detection, disabled Heuristics, scan archive, website protection, and local protection. Basically making the program worthless and not doing anything except a passive scan. A particular workbook still locks up. As soon as I uninstall Malwarebytes, the workbook is fine. We use many COM add-ins to make external calls to Financial sites like Bloomberg, Intex, and SNL, and I think they're getting blocked (mostly Bloomberg). When the Workbook opens, it will request to launch BLP.exe, but when Malwarebytes is not present, I do not get a request and the Workbook freezes. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
  4. I have a client running MalwareBytes Premium 2.0 at my suggestion. Over the years I keep getting call backs for malware, pop ups, etc. When I view the “Web Exclusions” list there are pages of porn sites listed. I assume this is probably the source of the problem. Searching the manual I found: “You may add an item to the Exclusion List by clicking the Exclude Website button that appears when MBAM blocks the website. Note: Adding items to this list may result in your computer becoming more vulnerable. You should only exclude IP addresses, domains, or processes that you trust. “ Before I present this information to the client I want to make sure I am not missing something and making a false assumption that he is clicking the “Exclude Website” button to view sites to be excluded. ?????’s Am I correct in my assumptions? Is there any log that would indicate when each exclusion was made? Thank you,
