That was one of the first things I did when I first noticed the problem. It says up to date and it still won't change. It still says Malicious Website Protection disabled no matter how many times I go to change it.

Thank you for your prompt reply! Will I still be able to web surf despite the error? Besides running Malwarebytes, I also run Panda Internet Security so should I be fine?

I am having the same issues. Got a notification an hour ago saying Malicious Website Protection is disabled. Whenever I try to enable it, nothing changes. The same also happens when trying to run a HyperScan. It's currently running a scheduled scan, but I'll see if it even manages to complete it or if another error will occur.
