I've had exactly the same problem so I uninstalled Malwarebytes and reinstalled the free version then clicked on upgrade to Premium and entered my product key and ID to activate my license a box comes up saying the license key was not found. I know the info I entered is correct.
Eset has found no infected files. So that is a big relief Marius. It seems everything is ok. Just as a matter of interest my hubby was speaking to a IT technician today and has advised us to get a better antivirus program than the one we have which is Microsoft Security Essentials. It was free but he said that a paid one would give us more security and do a deeper scan which a free one doesn't so we are going to buy one. Thanks for all your help. Marilynne
