  1. No, I don't have the setup disk because my university offered it for free to students (Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus) but now they don't offer it for free (due to them losing massive amounts of money). I've tried the built-in repair tool (via the Programs and Features section of the Windows 7 control panel), but it said that repair was successful, but I still get the error message when trying to open any of the Office programs. I'm really getting desperate because I really need to use the Office software, and Google Docs/Drive just isn't cutting it for me. Any further help would be greatly appreciated. Also, MalwareBytes support said that they're working on a fix for certain folders that aren't writable via heir MBAM repair tool, but I haven't heard anything more about that. Anyone else know?
  2. The error message when trying to open Microsoft Office products: "The program can't start because MSVCR90.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix his problem." And that page you linked to for fixing Flash for Chrome did not help. The error message in chrome is: "Could not load Shockwave Flash".
  3. But my only issue is no Chrome. I cannot open any of he Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  4. It boots okay, and loads some programs fine. I can open up MBAM, but the quarantine tab is empty...
  5. Windows 7 64-bit. System restore has been damaged beyond repair. I tried moving the actual .dll files into the folders specified, but I get the permission denied error. I've also tried reinstalling that visual basic thing, but that didn't help. Now apparently, flash doesn't work for Chrome (but it works fine for Firefox). Any advice?
  6. Any fix for not being able to open any of the Microsoft Office 2010 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)?
  7. You guys messed up big time. I am a pro user, and I am expecting complete compensation for this failure on your part. At least half of my machines are now paperweight (unsurprisingly, the fix it tool that you released didn't help most of my machines). I will not be using this piece of crap software anymore.
