The error reported in the crash shows a problem loading kernel32.dll (exception code 0xc0000142 indicates the DLL failed to initialize). This is sometimes caused due to a window station or desktop permission issue when creating a child process. Can you provide any more information about how users accounts are configured on this machine, as it relates to the MBAM install? Was MBAM installed by a different user than the one experiencing the crash? Thank you.
