    FixExec.scr is the only fix to run to completion, but it has not enabled me to run MBAM.

    Chameleon will up until the prompt to update the database. After selecting yes, it quits.

    No luck. All of the DOS based solutions open for a split second then close. Changing the file extensions to .com or .scr did not work either. Any other suggestions?

    I cannot run any executables, including MBAM. I've tried each version of chameleon with no luck. I can run IE from the Program Files folder (shortcut points to the .exe in Program Files x86 folder). I've tried all of the alternates methods to running MBAM, also with no luck. Also there's a windows update that runs each time I shutdown and the login screen is skipped when I boot up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
