ERROR code 731(0 , 6) and no show of "Remove Selected" button

Hi,

I'm new to the program and just install v1.31 last nite.

Upon completed installing the program, I selected the complete scan option and it took a very long time to finish (over 7hrs). But, anyway, I let it run before I got into sleep and when I got up this morning, I receive the captioned error code "ERROR code 731(0 , 6)". This is the 1st problem.

The scan did point out I have 15 registry problems and they are as follows:

Seemingly, my computer was infected with both "Trojan.DNSChanger" and "Hijack.StartMenu". So, as instructed by the program, I clicked "Show Results". Afterwards, I supposed to see a button "Remove Selected" but in fact it is not there, except for an option to save the log. That's my 2nd problem.

So, someone please advise on my 2 problems.

Normally, when you receive error 731, you simply need to restart your computer. If this does not help, then let me know.

Also, the Quick Scan is typically just as good as the Full Scan, as it will look anywhere that malware is expected to be (basically the Full Scan shouldn't find anything that the Quick Scan won't).

If you want to speed up the scan time, a great way is to use a utility like ATF Cleaner to clear out all of your temp files.
