Can't delete registry key. Help!!

We've got a corrupt registry key on a Windows 2000 Server. It's happened in the past and regdelnull has always killed it. Well not this time. I've even taken ownership in regedt32 and tried to kill it with regassassin. It just won't die!!!

Here is the offending key:

hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\print\printers\windshield sticker printer/hoodman2/session 280

I have to keep the print spooler turned off until I can kill this key, otherwise it just sits there trying over and over to delete it and ties up the whole system. I'll have to come up with something very soon or start formatting this pos for a reinstall which I really don't want to have to do tonight.

Thanks in advance.
