Sorry for the delay. Do you still require any assistance?

I went into safe mode and then to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Google and deleted kjzna1562565.exe and spcffwl.dll from that folder. My computer seems to be back to normal but I can't help but think this is not a permanent solution.

Is there anything I can do to make sure that Trojan.Zlob.G is really gone from my computer? Thanks for the help!

for the most part my computer is fine now. however i was online yesterday and was trying to watch a video using firefox. my browser froze and crashed. i started it up again and again the video loaded a minute or so then crashed again. this happened to me again on another site as well.

is this a virus problem or a firefox problem?
