  1. for the most part my computer is fine now. however i was online yesterday and was trying to watch a video using firefox. my browser froze and crashed. i started it up again and again the video loaded a minute or so then crashed again. this happened to me again on another site as well. is this a virus problem or a firefox problem?

  4. I went into safe mode and then to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Google and deleted kjzna1562565.exe and spcffwl.dll from that folder. My computer seems to be back to normal but I can't help but think this is not a permanent solution. Is there anything I can do to make sure that Trojan.Zlob.G is really gone from my computer? Thanks for the help!
  5. i currently have the same virus on my computer running windows XP. i restarted my computer in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING. you can do this by going to start, then restart, and when its begins to start up (mine shows a black screen) hit the F8 key over and over (you have to be quick when it come to hitting F8, because once it shows the windows logo and that scrolling bar it may be too late and you have to reset again). it should take you to a screen listing options for startup: "Safe Mode" "Safe Mode with Networking" and i forget the third one. selecting safe mode with networking should allow y
