Can't Update

I have some sort of Trojan on my laptop.

I downloaded Malwarebytes, and when it tries to update, it appears to try three times, then gives the error message:

PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (5,0,Creatfile) Access is Denied

What should I do?

I've run the program without the update and didn't find anything, but it's still there. It's one of those fake anti-virus trojans, looks like "Antivira AV". I'm using Window Vista if that helps.
