Malware Rootkit investation

Hi there,

I am new to this and need some help please, I have an "bubak [Rtk]" investation on my system (running win 7 on quadcore processor) following is the log I got from HijackThis........can anyone please help as this problem drives me nuts????

1) run a few preliminary scans & start a thread at the HJT forum;
