PLEASE HELP!!! Just purchased Ur Product!

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

After downloading a Boxoft Photo Collage maker tonight, my computer

started working very funny. Pages not loading on Google Chrome and

slow moving, but still fast.

I had paid $27 for the Boxoft Product, but I UNINSTALLED it from my

computer. After that, I feel that my PC became infected with something.

It was just a feeling because I know how my system works and was suddenly

unable to use System Restore!!!!

I immediately purchased MalwareBytes and used your scanner. It found 37

infected objects!!

It did not however have all 37 Checked---it had only about 11 checked and

the rest Quarantined. I Deleted the Checked ones as instructed and Restarted

my Computer as MalwareBytes prompted me.

When the computer came back, it was SLOW AS MOLASSES. I am unable to

even open Google Chrome!!

I was able to open Internet Explorer, which is not my primary window.

Please instruct me on how to deal with this.

You are most welcome.

Please be sure to print out, read and follow the instructions at the first link in my original reply (which can also be found as the 2nd Important Topic at the top of this forum).

The instructions are a bit detailed, but they are not all that complicated to carry out.

One of the expert authorized helpers at the malware removal forum will assist you one-on-one for free to get you cleaned up.

Good luck!

PS The 6th Important Topic contains some very useful info on how NOT to get reinfected. :)
