Please help me! Can't run malwarebytes!

Hi everyone!

I got infected yesterday with one the fake "anti-virus" virus. I downloaded malwarebytes and tried to run it but a notice comes up every time saying it is infected. I already tried renaming the .exe file as I read in another post but that did not work. My fake "anti-virus" doesn't have a name, but I think what is causing it is an application named pvqueealajb.exe. I keeps opening windows on internet explorer and notices from windows security alert trying to make me download the program. I got infected while streaming a video online. I'm not very good with computers so this is all the information I can think of, I hope is enough to identify it.

Can someone please help me?
