Malwarebytes infected?

Hey I just downloaded the new version of Malwarebytes. I then tried to open the program to do a scan but an error message came up saying:

Run-time error '48'

File not found: mbamcore

After that happened, AVG (which I also use) popped up indicating it found that the file mbamcore.dll was infected.

I'm not really sure what I should do.

its a false positive you just need to add mbam to the exclusions in avg and that should work if you need help with that you can look HERE

This is a false positive. You should turn off avg before installing. There have been known conflicts with AVG 2011 and Malwarebytes'.
